Each Contract has a Quality Plan, with a Method Statement and Risk Assessment for each item of our Works, available to download from this web site.
When a task is completed we offer our Customer, an Acceptance of Work Certificate, to sign to ensure that the Customer is completely happy with our Work and that any Snagging has been carried out to their satisfaction.

We have also ensured that All Staff have been Trained to be Fully compliant with the requirements of the M.C.G. and C.S.C.S. prior to its implementation in December 2003
