Robbin Secures Negotiated Contract with YMCA

Gutter Works: Project Overview.

Following deterioration of the bath stone gutter running around the roof perimeter of the Bath YMCA and the risk of heavy stone sections falling onto public footways, it was agreed that urgent repair works would be required.

 

The most practical solution was to install a folded plate support to the entire length of the guttering

 

The pre construction programme has been drawn up following co-ordination with all sub contractors and the YMCA to ensure the risk of falling debris is eliminated as soon as practicably possible.

 

BATH Scaffolding Ltd have been engaged to provide a full scaffold access to all 3 sides of the building with 2 points of access and 2 hoist facilities to ensure the Working At Height risks are significantly reduced.

 

Robbin Engineering Ltd are tasked with the supply and installation of the supports and the overall Health and Safety of the site in conjunction with YMCA Bath.
